I've spent the last decade working from inside growing organisations.
Building systems, leading teams, and creating the structure that
allows businesses to actually scale.
Now I help founders bring that same clarity to how their business runs.

The idea was never the problem. It's what sits underneath it.
Where this started
During my studies in Environmental Engineering, I spent a year travelling and volunteering across South America. Working alongside doctors, researchers and innovators with communities that had very little.
What struck me wasn't the scale of the problems. It was how much the right structure could change things. Even the most motivated people struggle when things become unclear.
Since then I've lived and worked in different countries, starting over more than once. Most recently in the South of France with my husband and two daughters.
That constant change taught me something important.
