I didn’t take the
usual route.
And it led me here.
I started in places where structure made all the difference.
Places where people had very little,
but achieved a great deal together.
Hi, I’m Sofia
That experience changed how I see growth forever.
It still shapes every piece of my work today.
Where I first saw it
During my time in Brazil, I lived with a community organisation working directly with local people on environmental projects and practical support initiatives.
People came from different backgrounds, often from all over the world, to help in meaningful, hands-on ways. Doctors shared knowledge with local medical teams. Communities were supported with food, first aid, and healthcare when access was limited. There was practical work on the farms: permaculture, food preservation, sustainable growing.
But what stayed with me most wasn't the individual tasks.
It was watching people learn to work together and achieve more as a community.
The structure was designed to last. So progress could continue even as people changed, moved on, or new faces stepped in. It didn't depend on one key person to keep things moving.
Because real impact rarely comes from one big gesture.
It comes from organised people, clear priorities, shared knowledge, and practical systems that keep helping long after the moment passes.
Years later…
Different world.
Same patterns.
Looking back, I realised the same ingredients were always there.
Talented people. Strong ideas. A genuine desire to grow.
During my time in Brazil, I'd never seen anything like it. Growth was supported by structure. People moved between tasks, teams, and responsibilities without anything slowing down. Nothing depended on one person. There was a natural flow to it. The structure carried the weight, not the individual.
The foundation was built to last.
Years later, inside growing businesses, I found the same ingredients, but often without the structure to support them.
Too much depended on one person.
Information scattered.
Ownership unclear.
Plenty happening. Not enough moving.
Many growth problems aren’t growth problems.
Clarity problems. Alignment problems. Ownership problems.
Good people carrying the wrong things.
The right people in the wrong roles.
Founders holding work that should have moved already.
And they're usually simpler to solve than they appear.
Where my work sits today
I help growing businesses create clarity across people, systems, and operations.
Clarity isn’t a luxury.
It’s what makes everything else possible.
I help founders get back to the work they’re best at,
and enjoy building the business again.
So the right things are in the right places.
Teams know what to do and move with confidence.
Founders get their time back.
Momentum returns.
Growth becomes sustainable and feels lighter again.
Beyond the work
✦ I watched the sunset in Brazil with a mother and baby lobo-guará playing nearby.
✦ I helped care for a toucan, then watched it return to the wild.
✦ I learned to safely handle a venomous snake so it could be taken to a centre that prepares antivenom, then released back into the wild.
✦ At 21, I helped prepare an unfinished building to host 500 people, for a 5 day event.
✦ I spent nearly 5 years living, volunteering, and studying meditation at a Buddhist monastery.
✦ At home, I’m raising two girls, helping them set goals, stay curious, and celebrate progress.
✦ Most Sundays, you’ll find us at the local market: an espresso for my husband, a chocolat à l’ancienne for me, and conversations with the people behind the stalls.
A few words from people I've worked with
Because in the end,
this isn’t just about better systems.
It's about creating a business that can grow with clarity.
So your team knows what to do.
Your pipeline makes sense.
And not everything depends on you.
So you can finally breathe.
